Stefan Kolev
Stefan Kolev, born 1981 in Sofia, is professor of political economy at the University of Applied Sciences Zwickau, Germany. In 2011 he received his PhD from the University of Hamburg with a monograph on the conceptions of the state in German-language neoliberalism. Since 2012 he is board member of the Wilhelm Röpke Institute in Erfurt, currently its deputy director. Stefan Kolev is member of numerous associations, among others HES, ESHET, Walter Eucken Institute and Mont Pèlerin Society. His research interests are the history of Austrian economics, ordoliberalism, constitutional economics and early German-language economic sociology. In the academic year 2016/2017 he was research fellow at the Center for the History of Political Economy at Duke University
