Hansjoerg Klausinger
Hansjoerg Klausinger, born 1953 in Vienna, is Associate Professor at the Department of Economics of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. 1980 doctorate in economics, 1990 “habilitation” with a monograph on Hayek’s and Keynes’s theories of a monetary economy; research fellowships at Harvard University 2001/02 and Duke University 2008. His main field of research is the history of 20th century economic thought, he has edited two volumes (Business Cycles I and II) of The Collected Works of F. A. Hayek, and is currently focusing on the history of Austrian economic thought.
