Robert W. Dimand
Robert W. Dimand graduated from McGill and Yale Universities and is a professor of economics at Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, and adjunct professor at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario. He is author of The Origins of the Keynesian Revolution (Edward Elgar and Stanford, 1988) and James Tobin (Palgrave Macmillan, 2014), coauthor of A History of Game Theory, Vol. 1 (Routledge, 1996, paperback 2014), and editor or co-editor of a dozen books, including A Biographical Dictionary of Women Economists (Edward Elgar, 2000). He has published more than ninety refereed journal articles, is a past president of the History of Economics Society and secretary-treasurer of the Canadian Economics Association.
